Trish Nash has been an HCC member since 2005 and served as an Ambassador for 3 years. Trish is Broker/Owner of Signature Gallery of Homes, a certified Woman Owned Small Business. Trish started her real estate career in 2001 and opened her first brokerage in 2004. Originally from Westchester, IL, Trish grew up and attended Dominican University where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in both Spanish and International Business. Trish also attended the University of Madrid in Spain and is fluent in Spanish.

Trish has a love for community involvement and volunteers her time in many capacities. Trish was recently appointed to be a member of the City of Henderson’s Citizen’s Advisory Committee. Trish is in Leadership Henderson’s Class of 2015 and is the Liaison for their class project with Veteran’s Treatment Court. Trish is very active with her church, St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church and has spearheaded a Corporate Challenge to encourage business owners to help raise funds to build a new church and elementary school. Trish is also involved with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society which she supports on a local level.

Trish is ranked in the top 1% of agents in Clark County and has served over 3,000 families over the past five years. Trish is a recipient of the Top 25 Women in Real Estate for 2015 and 2014. Trish was nominated this year for the Women of Distinction award by NAWBO. In 2012 Trish was featured in Success Magazine, as well as a book entitled Remarkable Women in Real Estate and ranked in the Wall Street Journal’s Top 250 Real Agents in the Nation in for the past 3 years.

Trish is married to Michael Hiltz who is the company’s Managing Broker and they are both avid cyclists and participate in an international cycling trip each year.
